When you order a picture. Pictures are not delivered automatically. When I receive the order, I bring your picture up in Photoshop, clean it up, brighten it and crop it to show your dog off to best advantage. Then I’ll email you a link to download it. This generally wiill take at least a day or so. More if I’m busy. Video Videos will be handled the same way. When you order, I create the video for you and send you a link to download it. The standard format will be HD1080i in MP4 format. If you want anything else, please put that in the special instructions. Becauase of the size, videos will only be available to order for a short time.
